Who we are

What we collect
Emails you send us, and what’s in them. Standard server logs kept by our host (such as IP address, browser and pages requested). We don’t use analytics and this site sets no cookies.
Why, and on what basis
To reply to you and talk about possible work (legitimate interests, or steps before a contract). To keep the site running and secure (legitimate interests).
How long we keep it
If your email doesn’t lead to work, we delete it within 12 months. If it does, we keep our correspondence for 6 years after the work ends, the usual period for UK contract and tax records. We don’t keep server logs ourselves. Our host keeps them only as long as it needs to run and secure the service.
Who processes it for us
Namecheap, Inc. hosts this website and our email, on servers in the United States. Transfers of personal data to the US are covered by the standard contractual clauses in Namecheap’s data processing terms.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR you can ask us to show you, correct, delete or restrict the data we hold about you, or to hand it over in a portable form. You can also object to how we use it. Email ademola@tuda.co.
How to complain
Tell us first if you can. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) in the UK, or to the data protection authority in the EU country where you live or work.
